1. What this is This is a notice about what is recorded when you deliver cherry, and a record that it was explained to you. It is not a contract to sell your coffee and it does not bind you to anything. 2. Nothing changes about how you are paid Your washing station buys your cherry and your washing station pays you, exactly as it does now. The cooperative does not buy your cherry. It does not pay you. It does not set your price, it does not take a share of it, and it has no say in what your station pays. If your station pays you badly, that is a matter between you and your station, and signing this changes neither. 3. You do not have to sign this You can deliver cherry to your station whether or not you sign. Refusing changes nothing about what you are paid or whether your cherry is accepted. The only thing you lose by not signing is the text receipt in section 5. 4. What is recorded Your name, your member number at the station, your phone number, your mobile money number if you use one, your village, the number of trees you have, and each delivery you make with its weight and date. 5. Your receipt After each delivery you get a message with the weight recorded and what you are owed for it. It is free to you. It is your proof, and it is the thing to hold up if the figures are later disputed. Depending on your country this arrives by SMS, USSD or WhatsApp. 6. Why the cooperative wants the delivery figures The cooperative supplies equipment to your station, and the station pays for that equipment out of a share of what it delivers. Real delivery records are how that share is calculated honestly rather than estimated. Your individual deliveries are used for your receipt and for the station's own total. They are not used to decide anything about you personally. 7. Stopping the messages Reply STOP at any time and the messages stop. Receipts for a delivery you actually made keep coming, because that is your proof of payment and switching it off would harm you. 8. What is not done with your information Your phone number is not sold, not given to advertisers, and not passed to anyone for marketing. Another station cannot see your records. 9. If you disagree with a weight or a payment Say so, by phone, by USSD, or to any clerk. It is written down and answered. You are entitled to see the station's own record of your deliveries, and a disagreement is settled from that record rather than from memory. 10. Language This was read to you in the language named on the signature page. If you did not understand it, it has not been explained, and you should not sign until it has been.

Farmer delivery notice
Version 0.1-draftBinding in English259d152ff4886852…
Demo document. No lawyer has read this.
This one is signed in person, by a counterparty who has no account here — a farmer at a weighing station, a clerk being registered, a vendor on an email thread. An operator reads it to them and records it under their own name.

Farmer delivery notice is the document a counterparty is bound by. Producing these needs a human translator working from the reviewed text, not a model.
